Hi, I’m Amy!

Realtor, land developer, and residential plan designer, I specialize in function-driven, highest-and-best-use planning through my “Cultivating Homesites” approach, designed to create the ideal setting for how people actually want to live.

     After more than a decade in real estate, I discovered my true passion in new development: creating neighborhoods with 1+ acre homesites, no HOAs, and distinctive, non-cookie-cutter homes. That vision led to the creation of Lot & Home, where we’ve been in construction boots ever since, turning raw land into thoughtfully designed communities.

     In addition to my neighborhoods, I still love to help client buy and sell their personal homes all around the Triangle Area. I’ve helped over 350 families sell their homes, totaling $200M+ in sales—and I work personally with every client, no handoffs, no teams. From market research to strategy over coffee, I guide you every step to maximize profit and simplify selling & buying your next dream home.

​     When my husband Bob and I are not helping clients, you’ll find us with our Vizsla sidekick Koda, working on building relationships as much as communities.​ The Lord has truly blessed us in allowing us to work in a industry that we love where we can serve those around us.

​     With a degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University, I bring a strong understanding of plan design, site planning, and construction that helps guide every stage of development, from initial vision to finished homes. I enjoy working closely with builders to create communities that are not only functional, but truly desirable places to live.
