When someone finds one of your homes that they would like to see, they will request a rebate voucher. You will be notified and asked for your agreement for the referral fee. If you accept the referral fee agreement, the buyer will be issued a rebate voucher and can then make an appointment to see the home.
If you do not choose to pay a referral fee for the home, the buyer will be informed that that particular home is not eligible for a rebate and be invited to select another home from the vast Lot and Home inventory.
