LOT AND HOME REBATE VOUCHER Terms and Eligibility Requirements - Requesting and receiving a Rebate Voucher does not obligate you to purchase a new home. You may request vouchers for as many homes as you like - The builder or the builder sales representative must be made aware of voucher at your first contact and voucher must be presented and signed by Seller or Seller’s representative at first visit to the new home or the new home community. Failure to do this will void the voucher and the rebate - If the Seller reports to Lot and Home that you or your representative has visited the property prior to the presentation of the voucher, the voucher is void and no rebate will be paid or owed. Should this occur, all disputes or questions regarding this issue must be addressed by the Builder, Seller or their representative(s) and not by Lot and Home - If you have requested a voucher and are under contract with a Buyer Broker the Buyer Broker MUST consent to the Lot and Home Buyer Broker Compensation Agreement or the voucher is void and no rebate will be paid or owed by Lot and Home. - Rebate vouchers are free and valid for 30 days from date of issue.
