OPTION 2 – PAY TO POST

Choosing this option will allow you to post your properties on your Lot and Home web pages for a low monthly fee in lieu of paying a referral fee.

In addition to a low monthly posting fee, the Pay To Post option offers these numerous benefits:

• Special discounted posting fees for agents

POSTING FEE SCHEDULE

Each post is for one full page to include up to 10 pictures, your posting copy, videos, etc. Remember, if you sell a property before the subscription has expired, you are free to post another property without paying an additional posting fee.
