How the Cash Back Rebate Voucher Works
With your Lot and Home Cash Back Rebate Voucher you will receive a check for 1% of the base price* of any new home or 1% of the selling price for lots and land** purchased through the Lot and Home web site. As an example, if you buy a lot $300,000 property you will receive a cash rebate check for $3,000.
Follow these easy steps:
- Search for your new home or land, it’s easy and fast!
- Request a Cash Back Rebate Voucher. Vouchers are FREE and you are under NO OBLIGATION to buy. You can request as many vouchers for as many properties as you want to see.
- Visit the property. Take your voucher with you when you go to see the property. You must present the voucher to the Seller or their representative upon your first visit. If you call the seller prior to your visit - please tell them you found their property on the Lot and Home website and give them your voucher number.
- Buy your new home or land selection. If you decide to buy the property from this seller, simply fax or mail copies of BOTH your signed voucher and your HUD 1 Settlement Sheet to Lot and Home. Please allow 14 days after settlement to receive your rebate check.
