How the Cash Back Rebate Voucher Works
With your Lot and Home Cash Back Rebate Voucher you will receive a check for 1% of the selling price of any eligible* lot or land parcel you purchase through the Lot and Home web site. As an example, if you buy a lot or land parcel for $150,000, you will receive a cash rebate check for $1,500.
Follow these easy steps:
- Search for lots or land, it’s easy and fast!
- Request a Cash Back Rebate Voucher. Vouchers are FREE and you are under NO OBLIGATION to buy.
- Visit the property. Take your voucher with you when you go to see the property. You must present the voucher to the real estate agent or to the builder, land developer or their representative upon your first visit. If you call prior to your visit - please tell them you found their property on the Lot and Home website.
- Buy your lot or land selection. If you decide to buy the property from this seller, simply fax or mail copies of BOTH your signed voucher and your HUD 1 Settlement Sheet to Lot and Home. Please allow 14 days after settlement to receive your rebate check.
