New home builders, land developers and real estate agents can post lots and land for FREE in return for a 5% referral fee payable at settlement. Lot and Home will rebate 1% to the buyer for added sale incentive. In addition real estate agents have the option to post lots and land for a low posting fee in lieu of the a referral fee. Lots and land sold through a real estate agent who paid a posting fee are not eligible for a buyer rebate however.
Sellers of lots and land can also take advantage of Lot and Home’s Featured Land * option for a fast sale. This premium service is designed to deliver maximum exposure to potential buyers.
